C.H. Robinson Worldwide Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 11, 2016-- C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. (“C.H. Robinson”) (NASDAQ: CHRW) announced that its Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 43 cents ($0.43) per share, payable on September 30, 2016, to shareholders of record on September 2, 2016.

C.H. Robinson has distributed regular dividends for more than twenty-five years. As of August 11, 2016, there were approximately 142,592,077 shares outstanding.
